  15. This is a modified port scanner that will
  16. return the port that ICQ is running on a 
  17. remote IP.  That port can be used for ICQ 
  18. bombing/spoofing/killing and possibly other
  19. things.

  24. o Doesn't scan port 1080 because for some-
  25.   reason that scan would stall and freeze on 
  26.   that port.
  27. o For some reason you can only do one scan
